Master Norm Tournaments!

Hier ein Auszug aus einer eMail von FSF Finkelstein bzgl. der MN Turniere. Die etwas zu großzügige Auslegung in den letzten Jahren hatte zu einer "Schwemme" von Meldungen geführt, so daß monatelange Wartezeiten zur Zeit die Regel sind. Daher nun die folgende Änderung:

"Those players with a fixed rating of 2325 are entitled to start a Master Norm tournament. Entries of players with a lower rating (but, at least, above of 2275) will be conditionally accepted, as players # 12 and # 13, if the section’s average rating is above the regulation minimum".
